University of Tartu invites you to TuRiNg project

We Invite you to take part in (flexy enhance) EITM digiTal Upskilling and ReskIlliNG program. This will include co-creation lab and an internship program, a collaboration between Portugal, Italy and Estonia.

The internship will be a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to the increasing use of Digital technology in our working life, the new ways of communication and interaction between humans and machines. The internship will give participants the opportunity for career growth and personal development, and to learn new skills. It will also be an opportunity to bring new ideas and energy into the workplace.

Within the internship path, participants will be able to:

1) Human & technology: a new way of working

*Understand the importance of human factor & work organizational psychology into the digital transformation;

*Acquire the main methodologies and tools for digital innovation in the company with a special focus on needs & requirements collection;

*Challenge & experience a proposal development for digital innovation;

2) Deal with humans:

*Provide a new perspective to face the fact that our way of working is changing.

*Evaluate their own set of skills in relation to the expected profile

*Build a personal intervention/team action plan to fill the most significant gaps

3) Deal with technologies

*Learn by touching with your own hands that dealing with technologies and dealing with humans is in a converging path. *Recognize the elements and technologies that characterize industry 4.0 and the application sectors, with a focus on industrial robotics.

4) Agile & open collaboration

*Arise the need to make the right questions on innovation and change management through discussions and confrontations

*Make attendees aware that managers must rise to new different capabilities in order to drive growth and deliver innovation in the industrial 4.0 revolution.
