Finesta Baltic OÜ who is active in workforce leasing and recruitment services in many fields including machinery industry has joined with the Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry. Heikki Mäki has said that our problems with skilled work force are getting worse and we have to really figure out how to move on. The Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry is as strong as its members and all the different solutions that we can carry out together.
