Objectives

 

INNOCLUS II project main target is to strengthen clout of enterprises belonging into machinery, metal and apparatus engineering sector and stimulation of economic development through promotion of networks/clusters and increase of competitiveness by implementation of innovative measures at recreated European economic environment.

 

Idea of INNOCLUS II project arise from necessity to activate co-operation not only between enterprises, but also among educational and science organisations, supporting structures of entrepreneurship as well as governmental institutions.

  • Mapping of machinery, metal and apparatus engineering field enterprises

  • Specifying of technological capabilities of enterprises

  • Elaboration of the structure for technological capabilities database

  • Analysis of enterprise-centred clusters

INNOCLUS II

  • Development of integrated  entrepreneurship area

  • Development of global co-operation network (manufacturers, enterprises, suppliers, educational institutions, engineering bureaus)

    • Tool making industry field enterprises

    • Automobile industry field enterprises

    • Machinery and apparatus engineering field enterprises

  • Establishment of virtual environment for rational  management of enterprises' resources and increase of efficiency and productivity

  • Development of international co-operation through immediate introduction of sectoral and individual enterprises' capabilities 

 

 

 

Project activities:

  • Development of integrated entrepreneurship area - entrepreneurship research and analysis 

  • Development of global co-operation network (manufacturers, enterprises, suppliers, educational institutions, engineering bureaus) - research and analysis

  • Analysis of co-operation networks (Tool making industry field enterprises, Automobile industry field enterprises, Machinery and apparatus engineering field enterprises)  - research and analysis

  • Establishment of virtual environment for rational  management of enterprises' resources and increase of efficiency and productivity - placing research analysis into virtual environment

  • Development of international co-operation through immediate introduction of sectoral and individual enterprises' capabilities (study trips in Finland - October 2005 and in Estonia - November 2005)

  • Publication of project results/summary
