Estonian Special Tooling Association Estonian Special Tooling Association (ESTA) is a voluntary alliance for solving common problems of the special tooling industry. ESTA was established in 1992. On March, 4th, 1998, ESTA was registrated as a subsidary organization within Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry (FEEI). Since 2002 ESTA is a member of International Special Tooling and Machining Association (ISTMA). 
Mission The main objective of ESTA`s activities is to raise the export potential and the competiveness of the member companies. To achive the main objective, ESTA: uses the possibilities of FEEI to develop technology, professional education and international contacts of the members; forwards economical, marketing and professional information to the members; arranges cooperation between the members; organizes meetings, seminars, trainings, company visits etc; forwards to the members inquiries and orders, possibilities to take part in international seminars, conferences, exhibitions and fairs; participates in the international cooperation with other national toolmakers’ associations.
Membership Full members of ESTA are the members of FEEI whose main activity is design and production of special tooling. Associate members of ESTA are the members of FEEI for whom the design and production of of special tooling is not the main activity, but who are interested to take part in the work of the association.
The work of ESTA is lead by the Board which is elected for two years period by the general meeting of the association.
